Our web shop has been designed for the customers of European Union countries, because of the very favourable transport and trade conditions. If you want to order from our products to a country outside of the European Union, please indicate this intention in the “Contact" menu, in e-mail. Having received your message, we will send a shipping offer to your account immediately.

Advance payment by remittance


After making your order, we request you to transfer the final sum (including the shipment costs) to our account:

 After receiving the money transfer, we send your purchase to you by the chosen means of delivery. You will find the invoice (including the shipment costs) in the parcel.

Payment by bank card

Shopping in our web shop is comfortable and secure through payment by bank card. After ordering the selected products we direct you to the K & H Bank's website where you can pay with your bank card through an encrypted transaction that is currently considered the safest.  The customer only has to click on the “payment by bank card” button when choosing the payment method, and then they have to type in the card number and the expiration date of their bank card on the K&H Bank payment server.  K&H Bank accepts VISA Classic, VISA Electron and Eurocard/MasterCard type bank cards. Bank cards authorized only for electronic transactions are only accepted if the usage of the card is authorized for this purpose by the issuing bank for that card.  Please inquire at your bank whether your card can be used for internet shopping.  K&H Bank will issue an authorization number for the transaction. The customer should write the number down, or print out the whole page. In case of an unsuccessful transaction, K&H Bank will send an error message and the cause of the error.

     After having received the payment, we will send you the ordered product.  You can find the receipt in the package.

      It will contain the shipping price  also.  

PayPal payment method 

1.    You have to have a PayPal account (or any type of bank card). (Opening a PayPal account is free; it can be done on the internet.) First you have to type in the customer data, and then you will be directed to the secure PayPal website.  As soon as you have finished payment on the PayPal website, you will receive an email about the successful transaction. The email will contain the details of the order and the payment.

2.    Please retain that email.   


Delivery by Courier Service

This means of delivery is totally secure, quick and flexible; moreover, we guarantee that the chosen products arrive to our clients in excellent condition. After the confirmation of order, the ordered product is delivered to you in the entire area of EU within 2-6 days by DPD. Since our couriers deliver between 8 AM and 5 PM, we request you to give a delivery address which is accessible during the daytime (eg. workplace address, phone number and recipient’s name). You may write any relevant information that you find useful with regard to the delivery (eg. ‘my neighbour, XY receives the parcel’, ‘the given delivery address is my workplace, I work on the 4th level in room 520’, ‘the receptionist lady may receive the parcel) in the ‘remarks’ section. On condition that the courier finds nobody on the given address at the specified time, he leaves a note and you may ask the dispatcher about your parcel on the given phone number. The courier will attempt to deliver the parcel on the following day.

If your order is more than 30 kg, we will pay for the shipping cost of the weight over 30 kg.    

The note of unsuccessful delivery, alas, is often lost, since the mailbox cannot be locked or it is full of marketing material, etc. If you are waiting for a delivery, please, check the contents of your mailbox thoroughly for notes left by the courier. The system of the Web store is fully automatic: all data given by you in the specific fields are automatically (i.e. without checking) transmitted to the delivery company, hence we request you to pay attention to giving your data correctly. This also concerns the recipient’s name: if you order a product, but it is not your name that is written on the mailbox, then please, give the name on the mailbox too.   



All of our products come with a warranty, independently of their price, which can be attested by the invoice.   


The photos shown in our website come from own sources, but they do not necessarily match the photos of the products distributed. These photos should be regarded as samples; we take no responsibility for discrepancies, though we strive to take realistic photos.   


Remarks, Complaints and Exchange Warranty 

Products are posted undamaged in a secure wrapping. Should you find any damages on the parcel, the courier is compelled to make an official record of the delivered items on the spot. Should you find any discrepancies between the ordered and the delivered items (or a damaged product in an undamaged wrapping), please, call our customers’ service. Tel.: (+36 30) 560-27-28. If the damage of the product was not caused by an unfit delivery, please, inform us about the problem by e-mail and send back the faulty product to us within 8 days after receipt. As soon as it arrives, we replace it, of course. In such cases, we bear the costs of delivering the replacement goods.   


The Right of Cancellation

   Products ordered in the Web store are invoiced and delivered. Making their order, customers understand and accept that they are compelled to pay the indicated and confirmed price for the ordered products as well as for the delivery service. You may exercise your right to unrestricted cancellation of order in accordance with the 17/1999 Statute. You may cancel your order (your contract) without any justification within 8 days after delivery. In this case, the seller is compelled to refund the sum paid by the purchaser as soon as possible, but at the latest within thirty days after the cancellation and the return of goods. 


  • In case of cancellation, the purchaser bears the transport costs related to the return of goods to the seller.
  • Goods must be returned as they were posted: in an unopened and undamaged parcel.
  • On condition that the goods are damaged, the seller reserves the right to compensation for the damage caused.

Protection of your personal data is a priority for Caster Kft. and its partners.  Collecting and processing of personal data necessary for identification during the usage of our website complies with the data protection standards in force in Hungary (Law LXIII. 1992).Your data will be handled confidentially; your data will not be given out to any third parties, unless it is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract (e.g.: billing, shipping, courier service).
